CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing/E-mail and sent to the conference secretariat.

  • Till 31.12.2021 - 25% cancellation fee. 75% refund (against registration) will be processed.

  • From 01.01.2022 till 31.01.2022 - 50% cancellation fee. 50% refund (against registration) will be processed.

  • After 01.02.2022 - NO REFUND

  • Refunds will be made by bank transfer, the cancellation notification or refund request must indicate a bank account to which a refund may be remitted.

  • Refunds will be made one month after completion of the conference will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
